Key Responsibilities:

Publication Design:

Oversee the design workflow for our quarterly corporate publication from inception to finalization, including layout creation, image selection, and content integration.


Marketing Material Design:

Lead the design efforts for billboards and other public-facing digital and print materials, ensuring adherence to brand standards and design principles to maintain uniformity and enhance brand recognition.


Web Design and Management:

Create, develop, and manage corporate and individual websites, utilizing coding languages, content management tools, and digital media, while collaborating with technical partners to ensure website integrity.


Digital Resource Management:

Organize and maintain digital asset repositories, including images, videos, graphics, and historical company records, ensuring accessibility and systematic organization for team members.


Visual Content Creation:

Design and modify visual content while following graphic design principles and elements, producing creative and engaging designs for various internal and external communication platforms.


Multimedia Production:
Collaborate with team members to produce and edit multimedia content, including:

Photography:
Employ photography skills to capture high-quality images for projects, including product photography, event documentation, and promotional content.

Video Production and Editing:

Work with the team on video projects, filming and editing videos to create engaging visual content using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools.


Animation Integration:
Seamlessly incorporate animated graphics and motion visuals into multimedia projects, enhancing visual appeal and effectively engaging audiences.

Promotional Design:
Create promotional materials, exhibits, displays, and signage for internal stakeholders, upholding the company's corporate image and identity.

Support for Company Values:
Exhibit enthusiastic support for the company's Mission, Vision, and Core Values in all design endeavors and interactions.

Collaborative Teamwork:

Function effectively within a team setting, as well as independently, to meet deadlines and project objectives, while collaborating across departments to ensure alignment with strategic business goals.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.


5+ years of experience in graphic design, with expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and other design applications.

Experience with website design and management, including coding or scripting languages and content creation tools.

Knowledge of typography, color theory, and composition, with meticulous attention to detail and precision.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

A strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in publication layout design, web design, and graphic design capabilities.
