Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

  • Two or more years of supervisory/management experience.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of current products and services.
  • Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills.
  • Good problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient computer navigation skills using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong knowledge of all applicable systems and procedures.

Location Expectations:

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule with an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
