Key Responsibilities:
  • Restaurant Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless execution of our business model and high-quality guest experience.
  • Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team of Assistant Managers, Team Leads, and Team Members, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Community Engagement: Develop and execute community marketing initiatives to increase sales and enhance brand awareness in the neighborhood.
  • Financial Management: Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses to achieve profitability targets.
  • Quality and Safety: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent education and/or experience.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of guest service experience and 3-5 years of prior management experience, preferably in a casual dining setting.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to drive sales growth, and experience with Microsoft Suite and Applebee's systems and software.
  • Certifications: ServSafe Alcohol and Food Certification a plus.
