Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Technician to join our team at Team Builder Recruiting. As a Behavioral Technician, you will play a vital role in providing therapeutic services to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a structured school setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with a team of behavioral health professionals to provide therapeutic services to clients with ASD
  • Implement behavior plans and programs, and maintain professional relationships with clients' families and community partners
  • Provide support for clients in Activities of Daily Living (ADL) and maintain a safe and healthy environment
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma
  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Education, or other Human Services related field
  • Previous experience working with children and adolescents with ASD or other behavioral health disorders

  • Competitive salary: $37,280/year
  • Full-time daytime schedule (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM)
