Collision Repair Technician

We are seeking a skilled Collision Repair Technician - Painter to join our team at Caliber Collision Centers. In this role, you will be responsible for painting and refinishing vehicles to their original factory condition, ensuring a seamless and efficient customer experience.
Salary: As an experienced painter, you can make up to $1350 - $2000 per week, paid weekly, which is industry comparable and reflects your value to our team.
Job DescriptionAs a Collision Repair Technician - Painter at Caliber Collision Centers, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
Repairing and refinishing vehicles to their original factory condition
Using state-of-the-art products, such as 3M Collision Repair Products, to ensure a high-quality finish
Working collaboratively with other technicians and team members to ensure efficient and effective workflow
Providing excellent customer service, ensuring a seamless and efficient customer experience
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
3+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center
Auto Body certificate or ASE certification in refinishing, preferred
