Job Summary:

As a Field Technician Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of liquid handling systems for Rain for Rent. You will be the point of contact for customers, ensuring that their needs are met and that projects are completed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Train and supervise a team of technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs safely and effectively.
Inspect finished jobs to ensure quality control standards have been met.
Read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments and material and equipment needs.
Select pipe sizes and types and related materials according to specifications.
Load, secure, and unload materials and equipment with appropriate tools, machinery, and other equipment according to specifications.
Assemble and secure pipes, fittings, and related equipment, according to specifications.
Inspect, examine, and test installed systems and pipe lines, using pressure gauge, hydrostatic testing, observation, or other methods.
Use hand and power tools to modify, clean, and maintain pipe systems, units, fittings, pumps, and related machines and equipment following specifications.

Requirements:

3 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
Ability to use a calculator, cellular telephone, and tape measure/ruler.
Ability to read a map and calculate distances.
Must be Motivated, Team player, Safety-Oriented, and have a Customer Service orientation.
