Transplant Coordinator

The Mount Sinai Hospital is seeking a highly skilled RN Transplant Coordinator to join our Renal Transplantation team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of acute care nursing experience and be passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.
This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for coordinating the multidisciplinary screening and evaluation of patients seen in the transplant practice at MSH and approved satellites. You will also be involved in ensuring all necessary lab tests are performed on potential transplant candidates, communicating with surgeons, fellows and patients to ensure timeliness of all organ offers, and following patients during their hospitalization.
We offer a competitive salary of $110,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as excellent benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
