Transformation Director Change Management
About the Role:We are seeking a skilled Transformation Director to lead our change management initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving organizational transformation and ensuring seamless implementation of changes across various departments.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of ITIL best practices. With at least 7 years of experience in program management or a related field, you will be able to develop and implement effective change management strategies that align with our business goals.
In this role, you will work closely with IS teams, project managers, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of organizational changes. Your expertise in managing enterprise project portfolios, programs, and projects will enable you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive change initiatives forward.
To be successful in this position, you should have a proven track record of establishing support programs and maintaining them at a high level. Strong experience participating in large-scale IS systems upgrades, changes, and deployments is also essential. Additionally, you should be familiar with industry best practices, including ITIL, and have excellent analytical, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.
