Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Olathe, KS. As a key member of the Marine Products team, you will be responsible for leading quality assurance activities for complex features within Garmin consumer products and/or software.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate knowledge of quality assurance principles and processes in the Software Development Life Cycle and/or Product Development Life Cycle.
  • Provide feedback to design and development communities to improve the quality of deliverables.
  • Design test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures of moderate-to-significant complexity.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer in product design reviews.
  • Conduct usability tests and communicate results to product owners.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent academics (cumulative GPA greater than or equal to 3.0).
  • Relevant experience or training in product and/or software quality assurance processes and methodologies.
  • Superior organizational/analytical skills, with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
