Salary & Benefits

Job Description

As a primary care physician at CenterWell Senior Primary Care, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our senior patients. This includes conducting routine check-ups, diagnosing and treating medical conditions, prescribing medication, and educating patients on healthy lifestyle choices. You will work closely with our advanced practitioners and care team to ensure seamless coordination of care.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Holds a valid, unrestricted license in the state of desired employment (or willing to obtain)
  • Holds a current, unrestricted DEA license
  • Ideally has 2-5 years of applicable experience
  • Is Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family, Internal, or Geriatric Medicine
  • Has experience managing a Medicare Advantage panel of patients, with an understanding of best practice in a coordinated care environment
  • Knows Medicare guidelines, coverage, and HEDIS quality
