Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Leader to join our team at Emory Healthcare, part of Emory University. As a Nurse Manager, you will play a critical role in managing clinical operations and fostering a culture of excellence.

About the Role

The successful candidate will lead a team of highly skilled healthcare professionals, ensuring smooth clinic workflows and delivering patient-centered care tailored to the unique needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Operational Management: Plan, coordinate, and direct daily operations of a specific section/division.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise clinical staff and facilitate communication with physicians and internal administrators to provide optimal patient and family-centered care.
  • Culture Development: Lead efforts to strengthen organizational systems that support the mission, vision, and values of the department.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience: Two years of experience as an RN with one (1) year of experience in a leadership capacity.
  • Certifications: Certification preferred; BLS required, ACLS certifications may be required in designated departments.
