We offer competitive hourly pay ranging from $45-$50, plus benefits. Our consultants are compensated on an hourly basis and may qualify for Pathway's robust benefit package, as well as incentives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients in assessing, planning, developing, and implementing systems, processes, and other needs as requested.
  • Identify training needs and plan/conduct training/in-services as necessary.
  • Maintain current working knowledge of applicable state and federal standards, regulations, and industry standards of proactive and professional practice guidelines.
  • Function within scope of work as defined by the client.
  • Maintain client confidentiality and function within HIPAA regulations.
Requirements
  • A current RN license in the state is required.
  • 2-3 years of experience working in a clinical leadership role in Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care Facilities is preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and customer-service orientation is essential.
  • Flexibility for travel within the state may require overnight stays.
