Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Roth Staffing Companies. This role is pivotal in identifying and securing skilled field technicians for various installation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, recruit, evaluate, and select field technicians for installation assignments.
  • Leverage social media and online recruitment tools to discover and engage potential candidates.
  • Maintain and regularly update technician profiles and performance metrics.
  • Draft contracts and offer letters utilizing standardized templates.
  • Ensure all technicians are properly contracted and that contracts are finalized prior to the commencement of work.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Coordinators to gather essential project-specific information, including scope and timelines.
  • Oversee technician contracting while adhering to budget constraints, with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Update the Project Database with details of contracted technicians.
  • Develop and nurture national recruitment partnerships with small vendors and contractors to broaden the technician talent pool.
  • Build and sustain positive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of customer-focused experience in a dynamic environment is preferred.
  • Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize various projects, and adapt to shifting workflows and workloads.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and accountable with a strong sense of reliability.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas and information clearly and concisely in both written and verbal formats.
  • Commitment to delivering quality customer service and responding effectively to diverse personalities and situations.
  • High School Diploma is required.
Additional Information:
  • Compensation: $21/hr.
  • Work Schedule: 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday
  • Work Environment: 100% in-office
  • Employment Type: Contract-to-hire
