Position Overview

The Senior Environmental Services Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and directing the environmental service team in their daily operations. This role encompasses all aspects of the Environmental Services role while ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and mentor environmental service personnel in their daily tasks.
  • Engage in the training of new hires and facilitate ongoing educational initiatives for existing staff.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks, delegating assignments effectively.
  • Contribute to staff evaluations and provide support in competency assessments and performance reviews.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and serve as a resource for staff regarding customer service, equipment operation, safety measures, and infection control practices.
  • Execute all duties associated with the Environmental Services role.
  • Conduct cleaning tasks in accordance with established protocols and timelines.
  • Utilize appropriately labeled cleaning agents.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in optimal working condition.
  • Perform additional duties as necessary; all responsibilities outlined are essential functions of the position as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience is required.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of pertinent experience is required.

Compensation Information
The stated salary range is a good faith estimate of potential base compensation for successful candidates at the time of this posting and may be subject to change. Factors influencing salary may include location, specialty, service line, years of experience, education, credentials, negotiated contracts, budget considerations, and internal equity.

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $29.32 to $32.58.
