Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team at DTLR. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues that require immediate attention.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with experience in ecommerce platforms and Magento systems a plus.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
