Physician Outpatient Internal Medicine Specialist

Bronson Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Internal Medicine Physician to join our team at Bronson Internal Medicine Battle Creek. As a key member of our outpatient practice, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Responsibilities- Diagnose and treat patients with a wide range of medical conditions, including chronic and acute illnesses
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, taking into account each patient's unique needs and circumstances
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, social workers, and pharmacists, to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote excellent patient care
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, guidelines, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve patient outcomes
- Board certification in Internal Medicine (BC/BE)
- Current and unrestricted medical license in the state of Michigan
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care, with a focus on compassion, empathy, and respect
