Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our General Pediatrics outpatient practice at Albany Medical Center. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our physicians and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Obtain and accurately record patient vital signs
  • Document patient history and medical information
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Participate in in-office procedures under the supervision of a licensed healthcare provider
  • Perform diagnostic testing and venipuncture as needed
  • Prescription management and patient chart preparation
  • Inventory management and supply ordering
  • Adhere to Albany Medical Center's regulatory compliance standards
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a patient care setting preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • LPN licensure in the State of New York required
