Kingswood is a leading provider of outdoor education experiences, and we're seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Outdoor Activity Leader Apprentice.

This 13-month apprenticeship program offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in outdoor adventure and leadership. You'll work closely with our experienced instructors to deliver high-adrenaline outdoor activities, design and run your own sessions, and undertake external National Governing body (NGB) qualifications.

As an apprentice, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including a 500 sign-on bonus, free accommodation, and a competitive salary. You'll also have the opportunity to gain industry-leading training and develop your skills in a fun and supportive team environment.
