Overview:

ACL Digital is in search of a skilled PLC Control Engineer to enhance our engineering team. This role is a contract position aimed at delivering high-quality support and expertise in control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance on engineering and automation challenges.
  • Assist during inspections by regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure compliance of plant support equipment with industry standards.
  • Refine maintenance strategies for operational equipment.
  • Analyze and interpret utility and process system schematics.
  • Support operational needs during non-standard working hours.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 6 years in Technical Engineering.
  • Associate's degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Educational background in fields such as Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience with PLC and Control Systems, particularly in the Pharmaceutical sector.
  • Familiarity with automation system hardware and software.
  • Excellent communication and technical writing abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
