Overview:
ACL Digital is in search of a skilled PLC Control Engineer to enhance our engineering team. This role is a contract position aimed at delivering high-quality support and expertise in control systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance on engineering and automation challenges.
- Assist during inspections by regulatory bodies.
- Ensure compliance of plant support equipment with industry standards.
- Refine maintenance strategies for operational equipment.
- Analyze and interpret utility and process system schematics.
- Support operational needs during non-standard working hours.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 6 years in Technical Engineering.
- Associate's degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Educational background in fields such as Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience with PLC and Control Systems, particularly in the Pharmaceutical sector.
- Familiarity with automation system hardware and software.
- Excellent communication and technical writing abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
