Job Description

We are seeking a skilled IT tooling engineer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and extending our internal IT tools to ensure the business operates effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain our internal IT tools to support business operations
  • Support our teams with day-to-day IT operational issues and needs
  • Help enrich our cloud-native capabilities and utilize services to ensure high availability, security, and performance of our business-critical systems
  • Communicate clearly on any issues to keep our teams informed
  • Capture any IT requirements needed to improve the efficiency of our tools
Requirements
  • Successful completion of a degree or comparable training in IT
  • Professional experience in a similar position, such as a Cloud – Infrastructure customer support agent
  • Knowledge of backup and restore tools, monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, Zabbix, Splunk)
  • Cloud and virtualization knowledge (e.g., AWS, VMware)
  • Container technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Linux server knowledge and interaction with network topologies (Firewalls, Routing, Vlan's)
  • Scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python, Go)
  • High affinity with enterprise security practices
  • Fluency in business English
