Compensation:
$50,000 - $60,000+ based on experience

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, Daytime Hours

Role Summary:
The Supply Chain Specialist will be responsible for managing and coordinating the movement of cargo in alignment with client specifications, ensuring operations are conducted in a professional, cost-effective, and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate directly with clients to deliver tailored transportation solutions while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
2. Liaise with transportation vendors to facilitate efficient logistics operations.
3. Review customer documentation to guarantee seamless and efficient cargo transit.
4. Prepare necessary shipping documentation and monitor shipment progress.

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in freight forwarding, including import and export operations.
- Strong organizational capabilities and excellent verbal communication skills.
- Proven problem-solving abilities.
- Background in warehouse, shipping, distribution, or freight operations.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Willingness to undergo training and certification for forklift operation.

Preferred Skills:
- Minimum of 6 months of professional office experience.
- Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with both internal and external clients to gather information and coordinate shipments.
- Capacity to maintain composure and prioritize tasks in high-pressure situations.
