Position Summary & Responsibilities

The Human Service Assistant position is responsible for locating, identifying, and inputting social service information into the FACTS system, which is the state's child welfare information system. This role requires effective communication and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

To be eligible for this position, applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Preferred qualifications include independent work experience in office support/clerical work.
