Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive base salary and bonus plan, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes a hybrid work environment, wellness spending account, and ergonomic reimbursement program. Our team members also enjoy 3 weeks (15 days) paid vacation in their first 12 months, plus additional care days.


Job Description

This role emphasizes a sales-driven approach, utilizing various communication methods to negotiate pricing and expand the company's reach. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Identifying client prospects in need of temporary and/or direct hire workforce services & solutions
  • Developing strong relationships with hiring managers via phone, text, email, social media, and in-person meetings
  • Executing the activities that will gain results (lots of outbound cold calls, virtual, and on-site client meetings)
  • Negotiating pricing to ensure maximum return on quality solutions

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1-3 years of sales and business development experience
  • A strong history of being the best at whatever they have done in the past
  • Ability to connect with others through phone, video, social media, and in-person meetings
  • Prior experience working in a team-oriented and fast-paced organization
  • A track record of delivering results in a metrics-driven environment
  • Passion for results, resilience, self-confidence, and the desire to do an exceptional job
