Job Title: Director of Sales

Embassy Suites by Hilton Laredo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales to lead our sales team in achieving exceptional results. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand our customer base, and maintain a strong market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets, identify new business opportunities, and maintain existing customer relationships.
  • Team Management: Lead, motivate, and train a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with existing customers, identify new business opportunities, and negotiate contracts to drive revenue growth.
  • Market Analysis and Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators, sales trends, and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5+ years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate contracts and build strong relationships with customers.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue analysis.
