Overview

ASM Global, a leader in the management of public assembly venues, is seeking a dedicated Sales Associate for our operations. This role involves processing customer orders and handling transactions at various food service points.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Preparing the concession area before service with necessary supplies.
  • Taking customer orders and relaying them to the kitchen staff.
  • Managing cash register operations, including inputting orders, processing payments, and providing change.
  • Ensuring timely service of food to customers.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients and customers.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the concession area.
  • Completing additional tasks as assigned.
Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications

Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or GED is preferred.
Skills and Competencies
  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with cash register operations and cash handling.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
