About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant 2 to join our team at Providence Portland Medical Center. As a CNA 2, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive nursing care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist RNs with admissions, discharges, and transfers
  • Measure and record vital signs, output, and weights
  • Collect specimens and perform fingerstick capillary blood tests
  • Assist with client mobility and transfers, using lifts and safe patient handling devices
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Coursework/Training Completion of Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) recognized Acute Care CNA 2 course
  • Upon hire: Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
