Job Summary

The Certified Nursing Assistant 2 (CNA 2) plays a vital role in providing comprehensive nursing care under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist RNs in providing patient care, including vital signs, medication administration, and wound care.
  • Perform specified duties and functions under the direct supervision of the RN.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Document patient information accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Completion of Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) recognized Acute Care CNA 2 course or equivalent education/experience.
  • CNA 2 coursework: Grandfathered to CNA 2 per OSBN requirements.
  • Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1 year experience as a CNA 2.
