  • Comply with Security and Legal Requirements: Ensure that all security and legal requirements are met, maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and staff.
  • Ensure a Well-Maintained and Welcoming Dispensary Environment: Maintain a clean and welcoming environment, ensuring that our dispensary is always ready for customers.
  • Supervisory Cash Management: Manage cash handling and reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Key Holder Duties: Perform key holder duties, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Prepare for State Inspections: Ensure that our dispensary is always prepared for state inspections, maintaining a high level of compliance and accuracy.
  • Lead Customer Opportunities: Identify and capitalize on customer opportunities, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

  • Previous Experience in a Fast-Paced Environment: Have previous experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Possess basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and Outlook applications.
  • Point-of-Sale and Cash Management Experience: Have experience with point-of-sale systems and cash management.
