Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Administration Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to our branches, ensuring that our team members deliver exceptional customer service and achieve their sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, onboard, and train Float Team Members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Manage the Float Team, establishing performance expectations and conducting regular performance evaluations to ensure team members are meeting their goals.
  • Coaches and mentors Float Team Members to help them develop their skills and advance in their careers.
  • Determine scheduling and staffing for the region, identifying gaps and allocating Float Staff accordingly.
  • Assist AVP/Branch Managers with Saturday Schedules and Vacations to ensure branches are staffed appropriately.
  • Work at different branches, assisting branch personnel with answering questions and resolving complex work-related problems.
  • Oversee branch operations, ensuring that policies and procedures are being met in the absence of the AVP/Branch Managers.
  • Provide administrative and/or miscellaneous support to the AVP/Branch Managers or VP/Regional Manager as needed.
  • Perform all duties of a Loan Officer, including taking loan applications, interviewing members, and ensuring documentation is complete.
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with outside vendors to resolve problems and stay current on new product development.
  • Participate in management meetings, communicate information to subordinate staff, and participate in local civic and community organizations to seek new business opportunities.
  • Review incoming Web Loans and assign them to the appropriate branch across all regions.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) education required. BA/BS in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years progressively responsible experience in branch operations, with a minimum of two years previous supervisory experience.
  • Excellent verbal, written, telephone, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong service orientation skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • PC proficient, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the Internet.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to sell products and services, and conduct business development calls on members and potential members.
