About the Role

As an Account Strategist at The Aviation Agency, you will develop and execute comprehensive advertising and marketing plans for clients in the aviation, aerospace, and defense industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients and account teams to create tailored strategies that meet business objectives and target audience needs.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform campaign development.
  • Create compelling briefs to guide the creative team in producing impactful advertising and marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular insights to clients and account teams.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in account planning or strategy development in an advertising agency setting.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns.
  • Familiarity with market research and competitive analysis tools.
  • Experience with project management tools.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
