Responsibilities- Prepare and cook a range of menu items, including breakfast and lunch options, to meet the needs of guests and banquet events.
- Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure efficient food production and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to high standards of sanitation and safety.
- Develop and implement creative menu ideas and specials to enhance the dining experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional manner.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest culinary trends and techniques.
- Previous experience in a culinary role, preferably in a restaurant or banquet setting.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation methods.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift, carry, and place up to 50 pounds, with frequent standing and walking required.
- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation procedures, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new protocols.
