Culinary Artist

We're a BBQ joint that's all about serving up delicious, slow-smoked meats and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. We're passionate about what we do and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our team.

We're seeking a skilled Cook to join our kitchen team. As a Cook, you'll be responsible for preparing and cooking our signature BBQ dishes to the highest standards. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that every dish that goes out is of the highest quality and that our customers leave feeling satisfied and happy.

• Prepare and cook a variety of BBQ dishes, including meats, sides, and desserts
• Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards
• Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients
• Operate kitchen equipment, including ovens, grills, and fryers
• Follow recipes and cooking instructions to ensure consistency and quality
• Maintain accurate records of food preparation and inventory

• 1-2 years of experience in a kitchen environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• Food safety certification
