Position Overview:

Our esteemed financial services client is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer support within the Consumer Unsecured Merchant Financing division.
  • Actively listen to customer inquiries to accurately identify their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback, ensuring all concerns are documented.
  • Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements in all daily tasks.
  • Meet all operational standards and expectations for call quality.
  • Assist with additional responsibilities as required to support business objectives.

Qualifications:
  • Comfortable participating in virtual meetings and training sessions.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Quick learner with the ability to grasp new concepts efficiently.
  • Proficient in identifying and resolving customer issues effectively.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong listening abilities and problem-solving skills.
