About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Kelly. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for all interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Conduct research to resolve customer issues and provide solutions.
  • Ensure effective customer relations by responding accurately, timely, and courteously to customer inquiries.
  • Initiate or process adjustments and coordinate with other departments to resolve problems.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer problems, questions, and needs.
  • Maintain accurate records on complaints and make recommendations for changes to management.
  • Maintain basic knowledge of quality work instructions and company policies.
  • Assist with process improvements and training of new employees.
Requirements
  • Strong human relations and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations with good judgment.
  • Ability to work onsite at the client location.
  • Ability to accept $13-$17 per hour.
  • Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in spelling, punctuation, and grammar.
  • Ability to learn and operate multiple computer systems effectively and efficiently.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of call center experience and/or 1 year of claims processing experience or a Bachelor's Degree in lieu of work experience.
