Overview of the Human Capital Office Division:

The incumbent will be responsible for:

  • Addressing inquiries related to HR entitlements, processing procedures, and requirements, while providing tailored information based on the nature of the request.

Requirements:

Applicants must be U.S. Citizens or Nationals and provide proof of citizenship.

Qualifications:

Federal experience is not mandatory; relevant experience may be acquired in public or private sectors or through education. One year of experience is defined as full-time work, with part-time work considered on a prorated basis.

To ensure full credit for your experience, please include employment dates and hours worked per week on your resume.


Specialized Experience:

For GS-05: One year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-4 level, including knowledge of standard personnel procedures to perform clerical duties and support staff assignments.

For GS-06: One year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-5 level, demonstrating knowledge of personnel rules and procedures for clerical and technical work.

For GS-07: One year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-6 level, showcasing knowledge of human resources policies to provide advice and resolve issues.


Education:

For positions requiring education, submit transcripts or equivalent documentation. An official transcript will be necessary if selected.

A degree must be from an accredited institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.


Foreign Education:

Education from foreign institutions may fulfill requirements if credentials are deemed equivalent to U.S. standards.


Additional Information:

This position is subject to a one-year probationary period (if not already completed). Salary will be deposited directly into a financial institution of your choice.

This is a non-bargaining unit position.


Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, with flexible start and end times between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Alternative work schedules or telework may be available.
