Elite Pro Fitness is a veteran-owned boutique gym located in a fast-paced yet fun environment. We pride ourselves on helping clients and members achieve their health and fitness goals through group training and personal services.
Your Role:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager - Health Club to lead our gym's daily operations, manage our team, and drive membership growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and functional facility, managing inventory and supplies, and developing and implementing operational procedures to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Gym Operations Management:
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the facility and equipment.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment maintenance.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of fitness professionals, ensuring they provide exceptional service to members.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
- Sales and Membership Management:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive membership growth and retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and community outreach initiatives.
- Customer Service Excellence:
- Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to all members and guests.
- Address and resolve member concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Financial Management:
- Prepare regular financial reports for management.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, and implement strategies for cost control and revenue optimization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in a managerial role within the fitness industry.
- Strong knowledge of fitness equipment, programs, and industry trends.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
- Customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
The estimated salary for this position is $72,000 - $82,000 per annum.
