We are currently seeking a skilled Medical Team Leader to join our team as a Hospitalist Physician in a hospital setting. This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute your expertise to provide high-quality patient care.

**Job Summary:**

  • We are looking for a seasoned Hospitalist Physician to lead our medical team in providing exceptional patient care.

**Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with the nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Lead the medical team in developing and implementing treatment plans that meet individual patient needs.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and reduce length of stay.
  • Conduct daily rounds, monitoring patient progress and addressing concerns promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure informed decision-making.

**Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Hospitalist Physician in a hospital setting.
  • Board Certification in Internal Medicine or related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs), specifically Cerner.
