Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day administrative and operational aspects of the RGSC Outpatient Clinic under the supervision of the Medical Director.

As a Clinical Operations Manager, you will be responsible for directing the clinic's operations, including managing staff, coordinating billing and coding, reviewing financial reports, and evaluating and improving medical administrative operations. You will work under minimal direction with extensive latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare operations, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will be responsible for managing contracts, achieving high productive output, and maintaining high staff and patient morale. Ability to speak and communicate with patients in Spanish is required.

The Clinical Operations Manager will also be responsible for implementing Health Care Reform, managing the electronic medical record, and overseeing the clinic's computer and medical equipment maintenance. You will work closely with the Medical Director and other department leaders to ensure the clinic's operations are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and coordinate the clinic's day-to-day operations
• Manage staff and provide guidance and support as needed
• Coordinate billing and coding, review financial reports, and evaluate and improve medical administrative operations
• Implement Health Care Reform and manage the electronic medical record
• Oversee the clinic's computer and medical equipment maintenance
• Work closely with the Medical Director and other department leaders
