Job Summary:

Ridgeview Medical Center is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our Rehab Specialties department. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating, treating, and educating clients to help them achieve their maximum potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate clients to identify their strengths and weaknesses
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to help clients achieve their goals
  • Communicate with clients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies to ensure seamless care
  • Supervise aides, students, and volunteers to ensure high-quality care
  • Maintain a safe and organized treatment environment

Requirements:
  • License to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Minnesota
  • CPR certification
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
