Occupational Therapist

At Interim HealthCare of the Twin Cities, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with patients in their home environment, providing personalized care and support to help them maintain their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify their needs and develop personalized plans of care.
• Provide occupational therapy services to patients, including exercises, activities, and education to promote independence and functional ability.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop and implement plans of care that meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Document patient progress and outcomes, and communicate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements:

• Current licensure in the State of Minnesota as an Occupational Therapist (OT).
• Two (2) years of experience as an occupational therapist.
• Able to travel within geographic area serviced by the office. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance required.
• CPR Certification
