- Conduct chemical synthesis, product formulation, and product property and performance testing.
- Prepare technical documentation and reports, and analyze data to drive technological breakthroughs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new product ideas.
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Polymer Science, or related field.
- Strong leadership skills, technical aptitude, and analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
