We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Doula to join our team at Cherry Hill Women's Center. As a Doula, you will play a vital role in providing emotional and physical support to our patients during their reproductive healthcare journey.
Key Responsibilities- Provide doula support to 5-15 patients daily pre-procedure
- Offer support intra and post-procedure as needed
- Adhere to all relevant protocols, policies, and procedures
- 2+ years of experience as a birth and/or full spectrum doula
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to lift 75 pounds unassisted
- Commitment to Cherry Hill Women's Center's mission and core values, including a commitment to the full range of abortion care services
- Experience in supporting patients with abortion, fetal anomaly, and/or pregnancy loss highly desirable
- Spanish, French, Creole, Hindi, or other additional languages are a plus
