Doula - Part-Time/Per Diem Hours

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Doula to join our team at Cherry Hill Women's Center, a state-licensed ambulatory surgical center providing excellence in abortion and reproductive healthcare.
As a Doula, you will be part of a team committed to advocating and caring for individuals seeking legal, safe, and respectful abortion care, as well as assistance for adoption services and prenatal care.
Responsibilities:- Provide Doula support to 5-15 patients daily pre-procedure
- Offer support intra and post-procedure as needed
- Adhere to all relevant protocols, policies, and procedures
We welcome empathetic, committed, and experienced Doulas with a strong work ethic, sense of humor, and a desire to be part of a team.
The ideal Doula candidate must possess:
- 2+ years as a birth and/or full spectrum Doula
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent patient care skills
- Ability to lift 75 pounds unassisted
- Holds high standards and a commitment to CHWC's mission and core values, including a commitment to the full range of abortion care services
- Experience in supporting patients with abortion, fetal anomaly, and/or pregnancy loss highly desirable
- Spanish, French, Creole, Hindi, or other additional languages are a plus
