Key Responsibilities
  • Provide senior-level administrative and day-to-day support to faculty and the PhD program.
  • Coordinate and maintain academic administrative systems and processes for the program, including student registration, student status updates, and ICC issues and requests.
  • Coordinate recruiting activities, collect admissions materials, and assist with the admissions process.
  • Coordinate annual events, such as Open House, Orientation, Comm Talks, Town Halls, Appreciation Week, and Graduation.
  • Coordinate Spring and Fall PhD student evaluation meetings and monitor student academic progress.
  • Provide backup support to the Academic Program Manager.
  • Perform related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-3 years of proven experience in academic program support
  • Experience with student support services, administrative support, and/or higher education is valued
  • Experience with the MS Office suite of tools
  • A combination of education and relevant experience from which comparable knowledge is demonstrated may be considered
