Patient Experience Coordinator

Billing Rate: $55,000 per year
We are looking for a skilled Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team at Healthworks WNY. This role is responsible for coordinating patient schedules, preparing patients for appointments, and handling incoming communications. As a key member of our front desk team, you will work closely with healthcare providers and clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care. You will also be responsible for assisting with tasks as directed by management and supporting other locations as needed.
About the Role:
This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. You should be able to demonstrate personal responsibility, integrity, and attention to detail. Additionally, proficiency in basic computer skills, including Windows, Microsoft Office programs, and HealthWorks HER, is essential. We also expect you to complete employer required trainings in a timely manner.
