About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior RF/Microwave Engineer to lead our team of experts in developing cutting-edge wireless power delivery systems. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and architecting high-efficiency power amplifiers, antennas, and antenna arrays for our innovative technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of RF and antenna engineers to deliver products from concept to mass production
  • Architect and design high-frequency components and systems, including power amplifiers and antennas
  • Investigate and introduce new components and subsystems to improve system performance
  • Supervise and perform simulations, PCB antenna implementation, integration with firmware, and product design documentation
  • Ensure design for manufacturability and support product manufacturing bring-up
  • Collaborate with mechanical engineering teams for packaging and thermal design
  • Guide and perform certification testing and support field testing
  • Develop documentation and processes to ensure high product quality and effective development processes
  • Lead the development of system test plans
Requirements
  • Electrical Engineering degree or Master (PhD preferred)
  • Expert knowledge using ADS and HFSS
  • 10–15-year hands-on experience in developing antennas and antenna arrays
  • 5–10-year experience in management of antenna development and high-efficiency high-power amplifiers teams
  • System thinking and ability to define and guide a platform definition and design
  • Familiarity with design process from concept through board development and system integration for high-volume production
  • Hands-on experience with bring-up and troubleshooting of high-power microwave chains and beam forming and steering systems
  • Experience in developing hardware and testing for Bluetooth, BLE, Wi-Fi, and RF to DC power conversion
  • In-depth understanding of safety, EMI, and EMC compliance and certification
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and mentor junior engineers
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Results-driven and able to work independently with little direction
