Position: Quality Control Technician
- $20/hour and up, with a shift differential
- Paid Time Off and potential for annual increase
- $1,000 referral bonuses
Responsibilities:
- Collect material samples for testing and analysis
- Monitor density and hot mix asphalt placement to ensure quality standards
- Collaborate with paving and plant operations teams to optimize processes
- Generate and submit detailed reports on quality control metrics
- Experience in asphalt testing and quality control is highly preferred
