The ideal candidate will possess the skills to effectively showcase our property to potential residents and enhance the living experience for current residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to residents, ensuring their needs are met and fostering a positive living environment.
- Process lease applications, assist in verifying information, and communicate results to prospective residents.
- Contribute to a welcoming and professional office atmosphere by delivering outstanding customer service.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property, including tour paths and amenities, to maintain high standards of quality.
Qualifications:
- Preferred experience of at least 6 months in the apartment leasing or hospitality sectors.
- Outgoing personality with a strong passion for marketing and sales.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their use in marketing.
- Ability to convert inquiries into appointments and subsequently into leases.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Commitment to serving residents, prospects, vendors, and colleagues.
- Understanding of Fair Housing regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: Starting at $15.00 per hour
Work Schedule:
- 40 hours per week
- 8-hour shifts
- Availability on weekends
- Monday to Friday schedule
