Job Summary

Zepf Center is seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Professional to join our team as a Mobile Response and Stabilization Services (MRSS) Specialist. As a key member of our crisis intervention team, you will provide critical support to individuals and families in crisis, working to de-escalate situations and connect them with necessary resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized plans to address client needs
  • Provide crisis intervention and stabilization services, including de-escalation techniques and support
  • Collaborate with law enforcement, emergency personnel, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community resources and providers to ensure comprehensive support for clients
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and service delivery
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, counseling, psychology)
  • 2+ years of experience in crisis intervention, mental health, or a related field
  • Valid Ohio driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
