Job Summary

The Enterprise Data & Analytics Analyst plays a key role in the development of a leading Wealth Management Platform at Raymond James. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality data integration solutions. The analyst will work closely with multiple application development teams and shared services teams to ensure seamless data flow and accurate business insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed business requirements for functional and non-functional capabilities.
  • Gather and interpret information from multiple sources, including databases and interviews.
  • Analyze complex data challenges and make recommendations based on analysis.
  • Provide support for application development teams, including documenting business processes.
  • Build strong working relationships with teams, stakeholders, and senior management.
  • Incorporate business unit perspectives into project specifications.
  • Translate technical concepts to a business audience and business information to a technical audience.
  • Solve complex problems and model business and financial impact.
  • Participate in developing estimates, project schedules, and implementation plans.
  • Interpret and apply policies and identify and recommend changes.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of project management concepts, application development methodologies, and risk management principles.
  • Understanding of basic banking, finance, and securities industry operations.
  • Financial services experience or Equities/Investment Banking knowledge is preferred.
